Electrical Services Ltd was first registered in 1996,
but prior to this, as sole trader 'JP Electrical Services'
starting in 1975.
The company enrolled with the NICEIC (National Inspection
Council for Electrical Installation Contracting),
in 1978 has been a member ever since.
We have the ability to produce a complete design
and installation package, which includes specifications,
drawings, manuals and inspection reports - all to
comply with BS 7671. Works covered include power distribution
in factories or offices, office or shop lighting schemes,
fire alarm protection, emergency lighting, data &
communication systems, security systems including
CCTV surveillance and door-entry controls with intercom
facilities, three phase motor drives and their controls,
heating/air conditioning systems and external lighting
- both security and architectural.
In 1980 we developed an 'in house' multi trade building
works division carrying out all aspects of construction/building
repairs and maintenance, we specialise in disabled
adaptations, level access showers, disabled kitchens,
access etc.
After the Limited Company was formed in 1996, we
developed JP Care, and manufactured our own range
of level access shower trays, enclosures and currently
stock an impressive assortment of specialised associated
products from leading manufacturers.
We have been associated on many large contracts with
nationally accredited architects and also provide
services to many local authorities in Hampshire, Surrey
and Sussex.
Good working Relationships have been formed with
several 'Blue Chip' companies including Rank, Grosvenor
Casinos, Luminar Leisure and Bourne Leisure. We executed
the electrical installation on the Butlins Vision
2000 Upgrade at Bognor Regis, to which had a value
in excess of one million pounds, all performed successfully
to a very tight shutdown programme.
In 2001, we secured our first multi-trade response
and planned maintenance contract for Waverley Borough
Council and a one million pound turnover was executed
over a ten month period.
We continue in providing our services to these, and
many other well known companies.
